Devan Mulvaney began recording "Whippersnapper" in 2013 in his parents basement recording studio in Brooklyn, NY. In August 2015 he lost his entire family in a car crash. In 2016 he resumed mixing and in 2017 it was mastered. His debut album "Whippersnapper" is the culmination of original work spanning over a decade.
